IGCCB does not in any way guarantee 1) any particular level or quality of service of any counselor; 2) the initial or continuing availability, accessibility, affordability or responsiveness of any counselor; 3) any particular methodology, mode, course of treatment or procedures used by, requested from, offered by or available from any counselor, or 4) any particular outcome, benefit, efficacy or satisfaction from any engagement of any counselor.
