Code of Ethics & Violations

Certification may be suspended or revoked upon the recommendation of the Board for violation of the code of ethics. (This code is meant to complement those existing codes for M. D’s, Ph.D.’s, L.C.S.W.’s, and C.A.C.’s, not replace or compete.) Applicants who have been denied certification by the Board may apply for re-examination without prejudice. The decision of the Board in all matters is final and irrevocable.
